4th of July dinner on the 5th.

My Fourth of July cooking did not start until 10pm last night so we had our big Holiday dinner today. It took all night and this morning on the smoker but I must say that this it turned out great. I used my big smoker for this and was very pleased with the outcome for my first attempt at cooking a brisket.
