Cousin Charli being silly!

This year we spent Thanksgiving in Auburn with the Bumgardner Family. Stephanie and Seth drove down from South Carolina and Michael and Kim came from Birmingham. "Uncle Seth" had not met Emily until now and it had been a good 3 months since "Aunt Steph" had seen her. We had a great time and hopefully there will be more pictures to share but this is all I seemed to take on my camera!

3 Months Old

Emily turned 3 Months old last Wed. As they say time does fly when you have a little one around. And yes Mr. Mom has kept her out trouble and changed plenty of diapers, although I did have to talk to her about saving her "surprise diapers" for Mommy. Emily spent her first night in her crib on Monday night and she stayed asleep from 9pm till 5:30am the next day. This was great, but unfortunately Leslie and I both tossed and turned all night since our little girl was not in the room. Last night she stayed in her crib again but she decided to wake up and eat a couple of times. Emily is growing like crazy and acting like a little angel, she must get that from her mom. We are now getting ready for her first Thanksgiving, hopefully we will get some good pictures if she decides to stay awake around everyone.

Homecoming tailgate

Thanks to Elizabeth and Logan for lending Emily a pair of their sunglasses!
Grandaddy with a very tired Emily

It was a little chilly to begin with but warmed up and was such a pretty day to tailgate. Emily even got a little sun on her cheeks!

Halloween Pics

So Emily was not fond of being a Monkey for Halloween...

But she sure was cute!

Emily's First Vaccinations

This is a little late but you know what they say....(I'm not going to say it!). Last Monday we took Emily for her first set of vaccinations and I think I cried more than she did (the nurse asked me if I needed to leave the room). She did so great and was quickly calmed after the last shot! Her measurements were 12 pounds, 15 oz and 23 1/2 inches long...she's growing fast and has definitely become a miniature version of her daddy!!! Sleep patterns included!
