6 Month Check-Up

Emily had her 6 month visit to the doctor today. She weighed in at 17.2 pounds and was 26.25 inches long...the doctor says she is developing normally (but of course we as her parents know that!). She is starting to sit independently for several minutes at a time and is rolling over. She loves to babble and blow bubbles out of her mouth which is somewhat of a competition between Tom and Emily to see who can blow the biggest bubble! She is definitely starting to mimic certain actions as well which is fun to watch...we did make a video and once our memory card stops acting up we will share it! We are on to the next adventure which is starting "table foods" like real bananas and Gerber puffs...this should be fun and messy!
