7 Months!!

Emily is 7 months today!!! Again, I will have pics up soon when I fix my camera. She has done great with her first week of Daycare and her teachers love her!!! I feel like sometimes they don't want me to take her home! She is sitting up on her own and loves to play with all of her toys and mommy's toys too like the remote, the cell phone, jewelry...you name it! It is unbelievable how much hair that girl has! My mom thinks that it may be time for a haircut but I think I may hold out until at least 12 months-even if it's in her face b/c so far she's fine with hair bows! She is very observant and loves to "play" with the dogs. Hopefully I will get some new pictures up soon.

Daycare

Well Emily (or should I say Mommy) survived her first day of Daycare...what a big girl (now I'm talking about Emily!). The teacher said that she only fussed when she was hungry or sleepy and that she loved playing in the jumparoo. So, yes she definitely did better than Mommy did!!! I only had to re-apply my makeup three times before work. She zonked out in the car on the way home-we have a 45 minute trip both ways so it's definitely good nap time. And, I had planned on taking a picture of her this morning however my camera broke so maybe by the end of the week I will have a "first week of daycare picture"! Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts today!!!

Snow Update, Just a little late.

Below are our pictures from the last snow in Auburn. We were unable to post them earlier because of some technical difficulties with the PC and memory card. Hopefully those are all fixed now and we will not have any more trouble. We do have some more new pics to catch up with so they should be up in the next day or two. Emily seemed to have fun even though she was bundled up to the point that she really could not move. She reminded me of Ralphie's little brother from A Christmas Story.
