We had our 1 month check up today (even though she's 5 weeks) and Emily is a healthy baby girl!! She weighed 10 pound 10 oz, and grew to 20 3/4 inches long. All of her PKU stuff was normal and she was pricked again today for her second PKU which she tolerated fairly well. Tom held her while the nurse pricked her heel and we were just waiting for the scream. She pricked and we heard nothing...then 3 seconds later she let a scream out! After that she was fine...my brave little girl! We don't have to go back for a month. We head to Children's next Wednesday so please keep us in your prayers for NO cysts!!!
